What is IPYORP?

A program of the Iloilo Provincial Youth Development Office (IPYDO) that facilitates the registration of youth and youth-serving organizations to ensure access and participation to IPYDO-initiated programs province-wide.

Through the province-wide registration, IPYDO links up with youth organizations to provide meaningful and active participation in its programs, projects, and activities. The program serves as a bridge between the provincial government and the youth sector, fostering collaboration and sustainable development across all municipalities of Iloilo.

To encourage youth participation in IPYDO-initiated activities and implement programs with youth leadership.

Membership

A program offered with NO REGISTRATION FEES REQUIRED for all youth and youth-serving organizations in Iloilo Province.

All qualified youth organizations, youth-serving organizations, and youth-focused groups operating within Iloilo Province are encouraged to register and become part of this growing community of young leaders.

Organization's Role

Participate and volunteer in programs, projects, and activities initiated by IPYDO and partner agencies.
Assist in promoting IPYDO programs, projects, and activities within their communities.
Submit updates and accomplishment reports regarding their various activities to the IPYORP Secretariat.
Collaborate with other registered organizations for joint initiatives and community projects.

Benefits of Registration

Once registered, youth and youth-serving organizations may enjoy the following privileges:

To be represented in congress and activities exclusively for IPYORP-registered organizations.
To use the IPYORP Seal in letters, publications, uniforms, collaterals, and other materials produced by the organization.
To access free capability-building programs and training offered by IPYDO.
To be prioritized in the selection of representatives for youth consultations, IPYDO-initiated activities, international youth exchange programs, and other avenues which may provide further exposure to the organization.
To request for promotion of organization-initiated programs, projects, and activities through IPYDO's media outlets and social media platforms.
To receive priority access to IPYDO grants, funding opportunities, and technical assistance.

Invalidation of IPYORP Membership

The Certificate of Registration may be revoked by the Commission under any of the following circumstances:

Use of Certificate to commit acts or omissions punishable by law, rules, and regulations.
Any act or omission considered as contrary to the purposes of IPYORP Certificate.
Failure of organization to submit summary report of activities yearly.

Monitoring

Municipal/City Local Youth Development Officers (LYDOs) and Provincial Youth Development Officers shall be tasked to monitor the registered youth and youth-serving organizations in their area of responsibility. They shall submit to the IPYORP Secretariat a monitoring report every six months. The Secretariat shall consolidate the monitoring forms and submit a report to the Iloilo Provincial Youth Development Office (IPYDO) proper.

Note: Regular monitoring ensures that registered organizations remain active and compliant with IPYORP guidelines, while also providing opportunities for technical assistance and capacity building.
